Drones Attack Ilsky Oil Refinery in Russia at Night

On the night of September 7, drones attacked Russian territory. The Ilsky oil refinery in Krasnodar Krai and the Druzhba oil pipeline station in Bryansk Oblast were hit.

Russian telegram channels report this.

The Krasnodar Territory operational headquarters confirmed that the drone debris fell on the territory of the Ilsky Oil Refinery, causing one of the process units to catch fire. The fire, covering several square meters, was quickly extinguished. There were no casualties, and the plant’s workers were evacuated to shelter during the attack.

According to the BBC, the night attacks temporarily suspended flights at the airports of Zhukovsky near Moscow, as well as in Nizhny Novgorod and Volgograd. The latter two airports subsequently resumed operations. Rosaviatsiya explained the suspension as “temporary measures for the reception and release of aircraft.”

Also on the night of September 7, the Ukrainian Defense Forces hit an oil pump at the Druzhba oil pipeline station. We are talking about the facility in the village of Naytopovichi in the Bryansk region.
