On the night of September 12, drones attacked several targets in Russia. Initially, the Taganrog-Tsentralny military airfield in the Rostov region and a chemical plant in Tolyatti in the Samara region were targeted.
This was reported by the Russian Telegram channels Astra and Exilenova+.
According to Exilenova+, the KuibyshevAzot chemical plant in Tolyatti may have been attacked. The company specializes in the production of nitrogen fertilizers and chemical raw materials, specifically caprolactam and polyamides.
At the same time, the Taganrog-Tsentralny military airfield in the Rostov region was likely attacked. It is home to the Russian Federation’s 708th Military Transport Aviation Regiment.
The 325th Aircraft Repair Plant is also located near the airfield, where, in particular, transport aircraft are repaired and restored.
