Drones attacked a strategic facility in the Belgorod region: what is known

A massive fire has broken out at an oil depot in the Russian village of Prokhorovka, in the Belgorod region. Local authorities previously said it was a drone attack, but did not directly link the events.
The incident was reported by the governor of the region, Vyacheslav Gladkov. According to him, the fire has been completely extinguished, there are no injuries, but the fuel tanks were damaged as a result of the attack. The Emergencies Ministry forces, as well as specialized fire engines, were involved in extinguishing the fire.
However, in his report, Gladkov refrained from any direct mention of drones and did not specify the extent of the destruction.
The Russian Ministry of Defense stated that on the night of September 9, Russian air defense forces allegedly intercepted 31 Ukrainian drones over various regions of the country.
According to the official summary:
7 drones were shot down over the Belgorod region;
3 — over Kursk;
2 — in the sky over the Krasnodar Territory;
one each over the Voronezh and Tambov regions;
Another 15 drones, according to the Russian version, were destroyed over the Black Sea;
2 — over the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea.
As a reminder, on the night of September 7, the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck an oil pump at the Druzhba oil pipeline station . This is a facility in the village of Naytopovichi, Bryansk region.
