Drones hit oil refinery in Ryazan and electrical substation in Kurshchyna

On the night of November 20, serious explosions occurred in several regions of Russia.

According to reports from monitoring Telegram channels, one of the likely targets of the attack was the Ryazan Oil Refinery (REF), where a fire broke out.

Local residents of Ryazan report at least ten powerful explosions near the plant.

In addition, in the southwestern part of Russia, in the city of Rylsk (Kursk region), a fire was recorded at a substation, which led to power outages. According to sources, drones are being observed in Novomoskovsk, Tula region, moving towards Moscow.

As reported, Ukrainian drones attacked the energy system in the occupied part of the Donetsk region.

In addition, on the night of November 14 and in the morning , powerful explosions were heard in the temporarily occupied Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.
