The information was later confirmed by the Governor of the Pskov Region, Mikhail Vedernikov.

According to him, one of the fuel tanks caught fire as a result of a drone attack at the Velikolutsk oil depot.

Vedernikov claims that, according to preliminary data, there are no casualties.

Monitoring channels suggest that the affected oil depot may have been used for storage and transshipment of petroleum products.

In addition, nearby is an important railway connection for Russia, which is used for transporting goods.
