During the day, 153 clashes took place on the front: a third of them were in the Pokrovsky and Lymansky directions.

On Sunday, August 3, as of 10:00 p.m., there were 153 combat clashes with the Russians at the front, including attacks from 10 directions.

This was reported to the General Staff.

The Pokrovsky direction was the hottest during the day. There the enemy carried out 38 assault and offensive actions. The activity of the Russian occupiers was observed in the areas of the settlements of Popiv Yar, Novoekonomichne, Myrolyubivka, Zvirovo, Kotlyne, Udachne, Horikhove, in the direction of Novoukrainka, Novopidhorodne, Rodynske, and Chervonyi Liman. The fighting has not subsided to this day in two locations.

In the Lymansky direction, Russian troops stormed the positions of Ukrainian defenders 25 times during the day near Karpivka, Olhivka, Ridkodub, Torske, Hryhorivka, in the direction of Seredny, Cherneschyna, and Shandryholovy. Six more combat clashes are ongoing.

In the Novopavlivka direction, the invaders carried out 14 attacks on positions of the Defense Forces of Ukraine, trying to advance in the areas of the settlements of Zaporizhzhia, Novokhatske, Voskresenka, Zelene Pole, Myrne, Maliivka, Temyrivka, Novopil and towards Levadne. One combat clash is still ongoing.

In the Torets direction, the invaders stormed Ukrainian positions 13 times in the areas of Rusyn Yar, Shcherbynivka, Katerynivka, and towards Oleksandro-Kalynovye.

In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy attacked the Armed Forces fortifications near Golubivka, Petropavlivka, Novoosynovo, Stepova Novoselivka, and Novaya Kruglyakivka 9 times.

In the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk directions, Ukrainian defenders have repelled 8 Russian attacks. At the same time, four clashes are still ongoing.

In the South Slobozhansk direction, the Defense Forces repelled 7 assaults by Russian occupiers in the areas of Vovchansk, Kutkivka, Figolivka, and Krasny Pershy.

In the Kramatorsk direction, the Defense Forces repelled 7 attacks near the settlements of Chasiv Yar, Markovoe and towards Bila Hora and Stupochek

In the Siversk direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled 4 enemy attacks near Hryhorivka, in the direction of Serebryanka and Siversk. One combat clash is still ongoing.

In the Dnieper direction, Ukrainians successfully repelled two enemy attacks. At the same time, the enemy launched air strikes on the settlements of Kherson, Novoandreyevka, and Lviv.
