An electronic queue to territorial recruitment and social support centers has officially launched in Ukraine. The government, led by the Ministry of Defense, has approved a decision that eliminates “live” queues at the TCC, makes procedures more convenient, and forms a new digital ecosystem for conscripts and military personnel.
This was announced by Defense Minister Denys Shmyhal.
It is noted that from now on, the electronic queue becomes a full-fledged permanent service that can be used by military personnel, servicemen and their family members. Thanks to this solution, it will be possible to avoid hours-long queues under the CCC buildings, reduce crowding, increase security and ensure more orderly operation of the centers.
“We are implementing our key priorities: people-centricity, digitalization of processes, free interaction between the state and citizens, convenient services,” the Ministry of Defense said in a statement.
In addition to the electronic queue, work is underway to create a comprehensive ecosystem of the “Electronic CCC.” It involves converting as many procedures as possible into a digital format, which will allow citizens to receive services quickly and without the need to physically visit the institution.
Thus, the implementation of E-TCC becomes an important step in the digital transformation of the defense sector, making processes more transparent, safer, and as convenient as possible for people.
We would like to remind you that from September 1 , all employees of the CCC and the SP are required to wear body cameras and conduct video recording during document checks or service of summons.
