Emergency power outages have been reintroduced in Kyiv due to complications in the power system. The city also continues to have problems with heat supply after an emergency in Ukraine’s power system.

The energy supply company noted that emergency power outages are in effect in the capital, and hourly schedules are currently not in effect.
“Kyiv: emergency shutdowns are currently in effect in the capital, the schedule is not in effect,” Yasno said.
The report notes that about 5 hours passed between the morning information about the cancellation of emergency outages in Kyiv and Dnipropetrovsk region and the re-introduction of restrictions in the capital. Thus, the electricity supply situation in Kyiv remains unstable, and residents are urged to follow official updates from energy companies.
In parallel, work is underway to restore heat supply. Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko reported that last night, more than 1,500 high-rise buildings in the capital, which were left without heat due to an emergency in the power system, were connected to the heat supply system.
