Emergency power outages introduced in a number of regions due to Russian shelling
Due to the difficult situation in the power system caused by Russian shelling, emergency power outages have been introduced in some regions.
This was reported by Ukrenergo.
The relevant restrictive measures affected consumers in Kharkiv, Sumy and Poltava regions.
