Enemy drone attacks university dormitory in Kharkiv city center

Russian occupiers attacked the center of Kharkiv with a drone, in particular, a dormitory of one of the educational institutions came under attack.
This was reported by the press services of the regional prosecutor’s office , the Kharkiv region police , and the head of the regional state administration, Oleg Synegubov .
The enemy shelled the Kyivskyi district of the city on Monday, October 13, at around 9:20 a.m. — an FPV drone hit a university dormitory where displaced people lived.
The impact damaged the facade and windows of the building, as well as cars parked nearby.
According to the head of the Regional State Administration, there is currently no information about any casualties.
An investigative and operational team and explosives experts arrived at the scene of the attack.
Prosecutors, together with police investigators, documented the consequences and began a pre-trial investigation into the criminal proceedings for the commission of a war crime.
As a reminder, on Monday morning, a Russian drone hit a store in the town of Semenivka, Chernihiv region , causing a fire and casualties.
