Next year, Estonia plans to continue military support for Ukraine, allocating at least 100 million euros.

This was reported by the press service of the Estonian Ministry of Defense.

The head of the agency, Hanno Pevkur, confirmed his readiness to continue to help during a visit to Kyiv. According to him, in 2026 Estonia will allocate at least 0.25% of its GDP — about 100 million euros — to support. However, the amount may increase.

Most of the funds will be spent on purchasing products from Estonian companies.

“Estonia will continue to strongly support Ukraine in its aggressive war against Russia. Next year, we will also adhere to the principle that 0.25% of our GDP will go to help Ukraine. We proceed from the military needs of Ukraine, and next year, Estonian defense industry enterprises will also play a key role,” Pevkur said.

In addition, he added that Estonia will continue to train Ukrainians and support IT solutions in the Ukrainian defense sector.

Earlier, the Estonian Ministry of Defense reported that the country had transferred additional artillery ammunition to Ukraine .

By the way, Estonia announced the allocation of 10,000 artillery ammunition and 750,000 food kits for the military to Ukraine .
