Europe needs security guarantees from Ukraine — Estonian Foreign Ministry

Ukraine has a unique experience of waging war, so Europe needs security guarantees from it.

This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Estonia, Margus Tsahkna.

According to the official, Ukraine is the largest, most effective, and most experienced military force in the region.

“We really need to integrate Ukraine into Europe. This is a historic moment for the European Union and NATO. If we are talking about real security guarantees, then it should be NATO membership or something similar,” the minister said.

He explained that it means not only security guarantees for Ukraine, but also guarantees that Europe needs.

“These ‘gray zones’, neutral countries or buffer zones, whatever we call them, are just a green light for Putin to continue his aggression against Europe,” Margus Tsahkna emphasized, calling on allies to use the “historical momentum” — and bring Ukraine into Europe and change European security.

Let us remind you that the Kremlin is actively forming the psychological and informational basis for a possible future war against NATO.

By the way, Russia is creating a network of “Trojan horses” by buying up real estate near military bases in NATO countries to launch a coordinated sabotage campaign.

As it became known, a propaganda campaign has been intensified in Russia regarding the creation of the “Narva People’s Republic” , which may indicate that the Kremlin is preparing to attack Estonia.
