On September 8, the head of the EU delegation to Ukraine, Katarina Maternova, visited the walls of the Cabinet of Ministers and showed photos of the debris of the rocket with which the Russians hit the building.

She published the corresponding photos on social networks.

The official said that the diplomatic corps, along with Prime Minister Yulia Svirydenko and ministers Andriy Sybiga and Ihor Klymenko, walked through what was “left” of several floors of the government building.

She added that even the day after the attack, the thick smell of smoke hung in the air.

“I saw with my own eyes: Putin knows exactly what he is doing. The Iskander ballistic missile that hit the Cabinet of Ministers was aimed right there – at the heart of the Ukrainian government,” she wrote.
