European leaders should take an example from Kirill Budanov — Western analysts
Modern Western political elites often remain hostage to a world that no longer exists. At the same time, Ukraine is demonstrating a new type of leadership – flexible, adaptive, and results-oriented in crisis conditions.
This is stated in the material The Comfortable Class: Why Our Leaders Can’t Think Strategically and Why It Matters, published on the Waronomics platform.
As noted in the article, a prime example is Kyrylo Budanov — he was born in 1986 and formed in independent Ukraine, without the Soviet mindset that still influences some political elites in the world.
“No Soviet baggage, no muscle memory of authoritarian systems — just a clear understanding of what you are fighting for,” the article emphasizes.
Analysts emphasize that it is such leaders who are able to quickly adapt to new challenges, make unconventional decisions, and act effectively in wartime.
Against the backdrop of global changes, Ukraine is actually ahead of some Western countries in transforming management approaches, demonstrating that the renewal of thinking and generations is a key factor in the stability of the state.
