“European Solidarity” is the most effective parliamentary faction according to Ukrainians – poll

The European Solidarity faction received the largest share of positive assessments among parliamentary political forces. According to KIIS, 38% of respondents believe that its activities benefit Ukraine.

This is evidenced by the results of a survey by the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology, conducted on September 12–21, 2026.

At the same time, 43% of respondents believe that the activities of “European Solidarity” rather hinder the development of the state.

Compared to September 2025, the share of positive assessments of the faction remained unchanged at 38%. At the same time, the negative attitude towards its activities increased slightly.

The second place in terms of the share of positive responses was taken by the Holos faction. 30% of respondents consider its activities useful for Ukraine, while 31% hold the opposite opinion.

The work of the Servant of the People faction is positively assessed by 22% of respondents, and negatively by 66%.

In the case of “Batkivshchyna”, 21% of respondents consider its activities useful, while 68% are convinced that it hinders the development of the state.

As for the deputy group “Platform for Life and Peace”, 16% of respondents evaluate its work positively, and 43% – negatively.

Overall, 64% of respondents consider the activities of at least one of the parliamentary factions or groups included in the study to be useful, up from 59% in September 2025.

Executive Director of KIIS Anton Hrushetsky noted that none of the parliamentary forces studied currently has a positive balance of assessments. That is, in all cases, the share of respondents who consider the faction’s activities harmful to the development of the state exceeds the share of those who evaluate it positively.

According to the sociologist, the results of the “Servant of the People”, which is the basis of the parliamentary majority, are of particular concern.

At the same time, Hrushetskyi emphasized the need for cooperation between the government and the opposition to pass laws important for obtaining international funding and Ukraine’s European integration.

KIIS surveyed 1,002 Ukrainian citizens aged 18 and over via telephone interviews. The study covered government-controlled territories of Ukraine and did not include citizens who had left the country after the start of the full-scale invasion.

The formal statistical error of the sample under normal conditions does not exceed 4.1% for indicators close to 50%. Sociologists note that additional systematic deviations are possible during war.

Recall that in October 2025, KIIS also published the results of the evaluation of parliamentary factions . Then, “European Solidarity” also received the largest share of positive assessments – 38%, and “Holos” – 33%.
