Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi held a meeting on problems with medicine in the army.

He reported this on his Telegram channel.

Syrsky stated that one of the key tasks in the military is to improve the state of field medicine, in particular evacuation from the front line.

“In the conditions of modern warfare, we must use, among other things, unmanned systems for this,” he emphasized.

According to Syrsky, the current level of staffing of medical services allows them to perform tasks, but there is a shortage of doctors at the stabilization points where wounded soldiers are brought.

Starting in May, by his order, 2 percent of military personnel undergoing basic combined arms training will be trained as combat medics, but this is not enough in the opinion of the Commander-in-Chief.

“We are looking for effective solutions and considering proposals from commanders of medical units and institutions to resolve this issue,” Syrsky added.

It was previously reported that the Russians in Zaporizhia are regrouping to resume assaults in the Orikhiv, Hulyaipil, and Prydniprov directions .

Recall that the Russian summer offensive suffered setbacks a few weeks after its start , despite a record number of attacks on various fronts.
