Evacuation of families with children expanded to 23 more settlements in the Dnipropetrovsk region

The forced evacuation of families with children has been expanded in the Dnipropetrovsk region. 23 more settlements in the Synelnyky district have been added to the list.

This was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk OVA, Oleksandr Ganzha.

These are settlements of Shakhtarska, Dubovykivska and Bogynivska communities. Almost 3,800 children are expected to leave the dangerous areas within a month. At the same time, the evacuation of the adult population from seven communities of the Synelnyky district is underway.

According to Ganzha, all families with children have already left Novokiivka, Ilyinka, and Vyshchetarasivka in the Nikopol district.

In addition, the evacuation of all residents of one of the streets of Marganets and almost 100 residents of Nikopol continues.

In total, more than 49.5 thousand people have already been evacuated from the Synelnyky district, and almost 750 residents have left the Nikopol district.

The head of the OVA noted that the evacuation is being carried out through transit centers. There, people can receive monetary, legal, psychological and medical assistance, food and hygiene kits, assistance with document restoration, as well as assistance with further resettlement.
