This was reported by the press service of the SBU.

According to the investigation, 14 organizers participated in the operations, selling “services” in the range of $1,500 to $13,000. Among those involved were teachers, heads of medical institutions, military enlistment office employees, and other officials.

In Kyiv, cyber experts discovered that a former specialist in the Cabinet of Ministers and the deputy dean of one of the capital’s universities helped evaders by employing them at the university under the guise of teachers.

She recruited a network of doctors and military enlistment office officials to carry out the schemes. Also, the administrator of a Telegram channel was exposed in the region, who published geolocations of the Kaniv district CCC.

In the Khmelnytskyi region, the head of a hospital’s psychiatric department, who was previously a member of an expert commission for medical evaluation, was detained. For money, he organized pseudo-hospitalizations to issue unfitness status to evading citizens.

A group of individuals was exposed in Kropyvnytskyi who transported clients to the border zone and then illegally smuggled them to one of the EU countries using forest trails outside the checkpoints.

Three more suspects were detained in Zhytomyr, who, using contacts in the medical and military spheres, issued documents about the illness with the possibility of traveling abroad.

All those detained have been informed of suspicion under the relevant articles of the Criminal Code. The perpetrators face up to 10 years in prison with confiscation of property.
