Explosion at postal terminal in Kyiv classified as terrorist attack

An explosion occurred at a postal terminal in the Obolonskyi district of Kyiv. The Kyiv City Prosecutor’s Office has classified the incident as a terrorist attack.
This was reported by the press service of the department.
“A pre-trial investigation has been initiated under Part 3 of Article 258 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – a terrorist act that led to the death of a person,” the prosecutor’s office reported.
In particular, the explosion occurred on Friday, June 5. A 59-year-old man died in the incident, and two other men, aged 37 and 41, were injured.
Previously, “Pryamiy” reported that the SBU detained a 17-year-old Russian agent who was preparing a double terrorist attack near a police station in Kremenchuk.
Also, bail was posted for patrol officers Mykhailo Drobnytskyi and Anna Dudina, who are suspected of official negligence during the shooting in Kyiv .
