Explosions at Europe’s largest chemical plant: drones attacked Cherepovets

The attack was also confirmed by Russian authorities. The regional governor, Georgy Filimonov, said that drones attacked the Cherepovets industrial zone.
“UAVs are attacking the Cherepovets industrial zone in the Vologda region,” he said.
Later, he said, at least eight hits were recorded on the industrial site.
No official details regarding damage or possible consequences have been released at this time.
The Apatite enterprise is one of the largest producers of phosphorus-containing fertilizers in Europe, with a capacity of over 7.5 million tons per year and a wide geography of supplies.
