Explosions rocked the territory of a military unit in Ussuriysk

In the Primorsky Krai of Russia, an extraordinary event occurred on the territory of a military facility on the morning of December 24. In Ussuriysk, two explosions were heard in the parking lot of one of the military units — No. 19288, where the 80th Vitebsk Red Banner Command Brigade is stationed.

This was reported by an informed source in the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine in a comment to Ukrinform.

According to the source, the unit in whose territory the explosions occurred was directly involved in hostilities against Ukraine. Servicemen of this brigade are linked to numerous war crimes, including violence against civilians in temporarily occupied territories, including against children.

Despite the resonance of the event, official Russian structures refrain from providing clear explanations. Russian propaganda media are spreading the version about the so-called “cotton”, allegedly caused by a malfunction of welding equipment.

At the same time, eyewitnesses are publishing photos and videos from the scene on social media. The footage shows a significant number of law enforcement officers, FSB representatives, and fire departments arriving at the military unit.

As a reminder, on the night of December 12, three Russian regions reported airstrikes and explosions . In Yaroslavl and Tver, the effects of drone attacks were recorded, and in Smolensk, for the first time in a long time, a prolonged airstrike alert was declared.

AS reported, on the night of December 1 , an explosion occurred in Russia on one of the sections of the Druzhba oil pipeline , through which the Russian Federation continues to supply oil to a number of European countries, thereby supporting its military and financial capabilities.
