Explosions were being prepared against the Armed Forces of Ukraine: six FSB “moles” were caught in Ukraine

Ukrainian security forces have prevented large-scale attacks planned by Russian intelligence. A network of agents preparing sabotage against military personnel was exposed in several regions of the country. A total of six suspects were detained who were trying to carry out terrorist attacks using improvised explosive devices.

This was reported by the press service of the SBU.

In Kyiv, two local men who were under the influence of drugs were recruited by prisoners in a pre-trial detention center. One of the supervisors had previously appeared in the case of arson of a car belonging to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The criminals planned new bombings to order from behind bars.

A 19-year-old resident of Zhytomyr region was detained in Vinnytsia region. According to the curators’ plan, he was supposed to blow up a residential building where families of Ukrainian military personnel lived.

In Dnipro, the couple collaborated with the enemy, trying to deliver explosives to a serviceman by hiding them among personal belongings, allegedly on behalf of a loved one.

In Rivne, a saboteur managed to bomb a service car of a military man and install a hidden camera — probably to record the results of the explosion.

The detainees are charged with treason, preparation for a terrorist attack, sabotage, and illegal handling of explosives. They face life imprisonment with confiscation of property.

As a reminder, the Security Service of Ukraine detained an Air Force officer who was cooperating with the Russian FSB.

As reported, the Security Service of Ukraine and the National Police detained an FSB agent – a 33-year-old mobilized man who committed arson and, on the orders of the enemy, was engaged in arson and preparing a murder in Kyiv.
