MP Oleksiy Kuznetsov, who is suspected of bribery, will have his membership in the Servant of the People faction suspended.
This was announced by the head of the faction, David Arakhamia.
He stressed that they expect the case to be heard in court in a timely manner, adding that those guilty of corruption crimes must be punished.
“The anti-corruption infrastructure operates independently, and the presidential law recently voted by parliament provides all the necessary guarantees for this. The interaction of everyone in the state to overcome corruption is extremely important,” the Arakhamia report says.
In addition, according to information from “Ukrainska Pravda” , the current head of the Mukachevo Regional State Administration and former head of the Luhansk Oblast Administrative District, Serhiy Haiday, as well as the head of the Rubizhna Regional Administrative District of the Luhansk Oblast, Andriy Yurchenko, are involved in the case.
Subsequently, Prime Minister Yulia Svirydenko noted that during today’s Cabinet meeting, a draft order on the dismissal of Gaidai will be sent to the president.
