Fastiv railway station to be dismantled: will a new one be built in its place?

In Fastiv, Kyiv region, they plan to completely dismantle the railway station structure damaged by the Russians and build a new one.
This was announced by the mayor of the city, Mykhailo Netyazhuk.
According to him, the relevant decision was made based on the results of a meeting of the headquarters for liquidating the consequences of the enemy attack, chaired by the head of Ukrzaliznytsia, Oleksandr Pertsovsky.
The mayor of Fastiv announced that the project to build a new train station will undergo a public discussion procedure, and community residents will be involved in the development.
At the same time, until a new building is built, a temporary modular structure will be installed on the platform.
“A tent has now been set up to heat passengers and organize a waiting area,” he explained.
As a reminder, as a result of a missile strike on December 6, the enemy completely destroyed the railway station in Fastiv. The same strike led to a deterioration in the energy supply situation .
By the way, on the night of December 7 , the enemy launched another massive combined air strike on the territory of Ukraine . Fastiv and Kremenchuk were under attack.
As is known, on December 8, the Russians bombed Fastov for the third day in a row , damaging homes and an administrative building.
