Fatal accident: Ukrainian MP crashes motorcycle

On the evening of July 24, a fatal accident occurred on a highway in the Ivano-Frankivsk region – People’s Deputy of the 9th convocation Yaroslav Rushchyshyn, elected from the Holos party, died.

This was reported by the publication “Your City” with reference to the politician’s relatives.

According to preliminary information, Rushchyshyn was riding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle, lost control and crashed into a tractor moving in the same direction. The politician died during transportation to the hospital.

Yaroslav Rushchyshyn was the secretary of the parliamentary Committee on Economic Development. Before entering politics, he was an active participant in the public and cultural life of Lviv, in particular, a co-founder of the “Dzyga” association, a producer of famous music projects, and a co-founder of the Lviv Business School.
