Fedorov dismissed from the post of head of the Ministry of Digital Affairs

The Verkhovna Rada supported the resignation of Mykhailo Fedorov from the position of First Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Digital Transformation.

270 people’s deputies voted for this decision, it became known from the broadcast of the Verkhovna Rada.

“The first country in the world with digital passports that have legal force,” said Fedorov, reporting to deputies.

The minister added that 23 million Ukrainians use the Action.

Earlier, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy proposed that Mykhailo Fedorov head the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

As is known, Zelenskyy suggested that Denys Shmyhal head the Ministry of Energy .

And already on January 9, the Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov and the Head of the Ministry of Defense Denys Shmyhal submitted their resignations .
