Kiev, August 2025. There are new challenges in peaceful life, and Ukrainian veterans continue to accept them. Filming has begun for the second season of the documentary series “Veterans’ Business” – about soldiers who not only defended the country, but today hold the line in civilian life.
The heroes of the new season are both active servicemen and those who have recently completed their service. They start businesses, create jobs, support local communities and prove that one can serve the country not only with weapons in hand, but also through deeds.
The first hero of the season is Sergey Stepanenko, call sign “Chinese”. Just three months after returning from the front, he opened a teahouse. Now, instead of the roar of shelling, there is silence, peace and warmth. The space he created is a place of restoration, dialogue and support for his brothers and everyone who seeks balance.
“Veterans’ Business” is not just a series about entrepreneurship. It is a story about responsibility that does not end with demobilization. About people who continue to build a strong Ukraine – now on the economic and social front.
The new season has 10 episodes, 10 heroes, 10 real paths. Each story is about difficult decisions, about transformation, about returning to yourself.
“Veterans’ Business” is not about business plans, it is about the choice to live. And build. After the war.
Their stories are the pillars that hold the country together.
