Fire at Ust-Luga port continues after drone attack: terminal operations suspended

The Russian port of Ust-Luga continues to burn after the SBU struck the oil terminal.

As Planet Labs satellite images from March 27 show, the fire at the facility is not going out.

According to Reuters, the Russian company Novatek has suspended gas condensate processing and oil product shipments due to the consequences of the drone attack.

This is one of the key energy facilities of the Russian Federation, which is used for the export of raw materials.

It was previously reported that on the night of March 25 , the Defense Forces conducted an operation during which they managed to hit the Russian NOVATEK-Ust-Luga plant in the Leningrad Region.

As a reminder, on the night of March 26, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces attacked the Leningrad Region of the Russian Federation, hitting the Kirishinsky Oil Refinery.
