On the evening of June 26, a series of powerful explosions followed by a massive fire erupted in Bryansk, Russia. The target of the strike was a storage facility containing rocket fuel and fuel-lubricant materials belonging to the Russian Army’s 1061st Logistics Center.
This is reported by NV, citing its intelligence sources.
It is worth noting that the warehouses in Bryansk serve as one of the key logistical hubs for the Russian Armed Forces, supplying fuel and specialized missile components for combat operations.
According to sources, the strike was carried out by Ukrainian drones of the “Bober,” “Baklan,” and “Obriy” types. Their coordinated attack triggered a series of explosions and a large-scale fire at the facility.
Residents initially reported hearing the sound of unidentified drones, followed shortly by four powerful explosions. Some eyewitnesses confirmed that an oil depot had caught fire, posting videos from the scene on social media.
A representative of Ukrainian military intelligence emphasized that this was not an isolated incident, but part of a broader campaign aimed at destroying critical Russian logistical infrastructure. The objective, they stated, is to undermine Russia’s ability to supply fuel and ammunition to the front lines, thereby complicating both offensive and defensive operations by occupying forces.
Earlier, drones of the Ukrainian special forces unit “Ghosts”, operating as part of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, struck another powerful blow against Russian air defense in temporarily occupied Crimea.
It is known that on the night of Wednesday, June 25, drones attacked several regions of Russia at once. The most powerful explosions occurred in the Rostov region, in particular in Taganrog, Azov, and the Rodionovo-Nesvitaysky district.
Recall that on the night of May 4, the Strela plant was attacked in the Suzma district of the Bryansk region of the Russian Federation. It is an industrial enterprise specializing in the production of electronic components, including dual-use products, for the needs of the Russian military-industrial complex.
