Game-Changer: Ukraine Launches First-Ever Storm Shadow Missile Attack on Donetsk

For the first time, the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck Russian military infrastructure in Donetsk using Storm Shadow/SCALP cruise missiles — marking a significant escalation in long-range precision strikes.

This was announced in the Telegram channel monitoring.

“For the first time in a long while, the Ukrainian Defense Forces targeted Russian military infrastructure with Storm Shadow/SCALP missiles,” the report states.

Additionally, an image showing a large fire was published, reportedly taken in temporarily occupied Donetsk.

Later, Serhiy Sternenko reported that the strikes targeted the railway station and the area near the Donetsk Metallurgical Plant.

Previously, the United Kingdom and France allowed Ukraine to use the transferred Storm Shadow/SCALP for strikes against the Russian Federation.
