For the second time in a month, a drone flew into Lithuania from Belarus

On Monday, July 28, an unknown drone flew into the territory of Lithuania from Belarus.
This was reported by LRT.
Lithuanian law enforcement officials said the drone was spotted by locals at around 5 a.m. local time. It was last seen flying near the country’s capital, Vilnius, at an altitude of around 200 meters. The drone is currently being searched for.

Lithuanian police reported that there is no verified information about the threat posed by the unknown UAV.
“We are trying to find where the drone is, where it could have fallen,” added Darius Buta, a representative of the National Crisis Management Center.
President Gitanas Nauseda was also informed about the appearance of the drone; he was not in hiding.
Earlier, on July 10, Lithuanian Defense Minister Dovile Šakalenė stated that a Gerbera UAV had flown into the country from Belarus .
