In occupied Luhansk, the Security Service of Ukraine eliminated the former head of the city administration, Manolis Pilavov.
This was reported in Ukrainska Pravda, citing sources in the SBU.
On July 3, in temporarily occupied Luhansk, the SBU eliminated Manolis Pilavov, the former head of the city’s occupation administration, who headed it from 2014 to 2023.
Pivalov died as a result of an explosive device detonation.
It is known that he was one of the ideologists of the so-called “LPR”, an associate of Igor Plotnytsky, and personally participated in the overthrow of the state system.
Since 2015, Pilavov has been wanted under Article 109 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – actions aimed at forcibly changing or overthrowing the constitutional order, seizing state power.
Earlier it became known that the “former mayor” of the city, Manolis Pilavov, died in an explosion in Luhansk .
