Four civilians were injured in the Kherson region as a result of Russian shelling. Houses were also damaged.
The Kherson regional prosecutor’s office reported this.
According to investigators, throughout the day of November 10, the Russian army attacked populated areas of Kherson using artillery, mortars, multiple launch rocket systems, and drones. As of 5:30 PM, four civilians were injured as a result of the Russian attacks.
Apartment buildings, private homes, trucks, cars, outbuildings, and other structures were damaged. Prosecutors and investigative police are taking all necessary measures to document war crimes committed by Russian military personnel.
It was noted that three women and one man were injured in Kherson and its suburbs as a result of artillery shelling.
“Under the procedural guidance of the Kherson Oblast Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated into the commission of war crimes (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine),” the prosecutor’s office added.
