Fourth strike on Tuapse: explosions and a fire broke out in the city

On the night of May 1, the Russian city of Tuapse came under drone attack again. Local residents reported explosions around midnight.

According to Russian authorities, the threat of a drone attack was announced the night before and lasted all night.
Russian Telegram channels report that air defense forces allegedly shot down at least 10 drones. However, there has been no official confirmation of any serious damage.
However, reports appeared on social media that the Tuapse oil refinery and seaport could be under attack again. After the attack, a fire broke out on the territory of the terminal, which was later confirmed by the Russian authorities.
This is the fourth attack on Tuapse in a short time.
Also that night, explosions were heard in temporarily occupied Melitopol, where, according to preliminary data, an ammunition depot of Russian troops could have been hit.
As a reminder, the Tuapse Oil Refinery almost completely stopped operating after drone attacks.
As reported, on the night of Tuesday, April 28, the Defense Forces struck a number of important facilities of the Russian occupiers, including an oil refinery in Tuapse and a radar station in occupied Crimea .
By the way, after two strikes on Tuapse , the city recorded so-called “oil rain,” and a large oil slick formed in the Black Sea.
In addition, the oil slick after the spill in Tuapse continues to spread along the Black Sea coast and is approaching the Gelendzhik area.
