From May 14, Ukrainians no longer need a paper TIN: details

Starting May 14, Ukrainians no longer need to have a separate paper taxpayer card. It has been completely replaced by an electronic version in the “Diya” application.

This was announced by Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation Valeria Koval during the Mintsyfra Summit in Kyiv.

“From May 14, a separate paper taxpayer card (RNOKPP) is no longer needed,” she said.

According to her, the electronic card of the RNOKPP in the “Diya” application has the same legal force as a paper document.

The document in the application contains a special QR code with which government agencies, banks, and other organizations can quickly verify a person’s data.

Users can also easily send a document via “Action” directly from their smartphone.
