In the village of Verkhniy Muzhevelnik, which is in the highland Selyatyn community of the Chernivtsi region, the thermometer showed 0 degrees on the morning of June 22.
The head of the society, Valery Polyanchuk, reported this.
In particular, the village is located at an altitude of 980 m above sea level.
“Good morning, dear friends, today is a cool morning,” Polyanchuk wrote.
He also posted a photo of a not-so-warm summer morning, showing the grass and strawberry leaves covered in white frost.
Frost is also visible on the roofs of buildings and the body of cars.
