The fuel crisis in Russia is gaining momentum. Gasoline prices are rising in several regions at once, and some gas stations are still experiencing supply disruptions. Serious delivery problems are expected in the Kaliningrad region.

This was announced by Petro Andryuschenko, head of the Center for the Study of Occupation, publishing the current map as of September 1-18.

According to him, price increases were recorded in the following regions of the Russian Federation: Nizhny Novgorod, Lipetsk, Voronezh, Omsk regions, Mordovia, Saratov, Perm, Tambov, Penza, Sverdlovsk, Volgograd, Tula, as well as Bashkiria, Irkutsk region, Dagestan, Krasnodar Territory, Transbaikalia, Udmurtia, Khabarovsk Territory and Tatarstan.

The map for September 1–18 shows that problems have covered almost the entire country. Thus, dark blue indicates regions where fuel prices have increased over the past two weeks. Light blue reflects the increase in cost only over the past seven days. Dark yellow signals local fuel disruptions over the past two weeks. Light yellow – problems that have appeared over the past week. Light green means there is no current information from this region.

In addition, disruptions in gasoline sales are being observed in the Nizhny Novgorod region. At the same time, supply problems are already being predicted in the Kaliningrad region.

In general, Andryuschenko notes, where fuel is returned to sale, its cost increases by 10 rubles per liter or more.

Previously , the sale of AI-92 gasoline to the local population was stopped in the Kuril district of the Sakhalin region of the Russian Federation.

Meanwhile, the fuel shortage in the temporarily occupied Crimean peninsula is only growing: in Simferopol and a number of other cities, AI-95 has disappeared from gas stations, forcing some gas stations to close. This fuel is mainly sold with coupons from companies.
