Prices for gasoline, diesel, and autogas have risen again in Ukraine. The biggest increase was for diesel fuel, which in many networks is now almost reaching UAH 93 per liter.
This is evidenced by data from the Ministry of Finance portal.
As of April 2, the average prices across the country are as follows: A-95 gasoline — 71.81 UAH/l, A-92 — 66.56 UAH/l, diesel — 86.87 UAH/l, autogas — 47.55 UAH/l.
In the state segment, where fuel is sold with a minimal markup, prices on April 3 remain slightly lower: diesel — 84.90–88.90 UAH/l, A-95 gasoline — 68.99–71.99 UAH/l, autogas — 47.90 UAH/l.
Private networks show a sharper increase in price. Thus, in the OKKO, WOG, BVS, SOCAR, and UPG networks, diesel already costs 86.99–92.90 UAH/l, and A-95 gasoline — 70.99–78.99 UAH/l, depending on the brand and operator.
“Diesel prices are growing particularly noticeably, by almost UAH 2 per liter in one day,” market experts note.
Ukrainians are advised to plan fueling in advance and monitor tariff updates in gas station mobile applications.
It should be noted that market operators explain this by news about problems with oil supplies from the Persian Gulf region .
As reported, the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Energy are preparing a support program for people who have faced “particular pressure due to the destabilization of the fuel market” amid the conflict in the Middle East.
