Fuel prices have increased in Ukraine: how much does gasoline and diesel cost?

In Ukraine, as of March 30, gas station chains increased prices for gasoline and diesel fuel after a price jump at the end of the week. The largest price increase was recorded in some chains, where prices increased to 3 hryvnias per liter.

According to monitoring data, over the weekend, some of the networks that previously held prices revised them upwards. The main changes occurred in the SOCAR and Ukrnafta networks.

In particular, SOCAR increased the price of diesel fuel by 1 hryvnia. The premium DP NANO Extro now costs 90.99 hryvnia, which is in line with the level of other major market operators.

The most significant increase in the price of A-95 (Energy) gasoline in the Ukrnafta network was recorded. Its price immediately increased by 3 hryvnias per liter.

At the same time, some large chains left prices unchanged. In particular, OKKO and WOG maintained the fuel price level set on Friday.

As of the morning of March 30, fuel prices in major networks are as follows:

• OKKO: gasoline Pulls 100 — 84.99 hryvnias, Pulls 95 — 77.99 hryvnias, A-95 Euro — 74.99 hryvnias, DP Pulls — 90.99 hryvnias, DP Euro — 87.99 hryvnias, gas — 47.99 hryvnias.
• WOG: gasoline 100 — 84.99 hryvnias, 95 (Mustang) — 77.99 hryvnias, 95 Euro — 74.99 hryvnias, DP Mustang — 90.99 hryvnias, DP Euro-5 — 87.99 hryvnias, gas — 47.98 hryvnias.
• SOCAR: gasoline NANO 100 — 84.99 hryvnias, NANO 95 — 78.99 hryvnias, A-95 — 74.99 hryvnias, DP NANO Extro — 90.99 hryvnias, DP NANO — 87.99 hryvnias, gas — 46.98 hryvnias.
• “Ukrnafta”: gasoline 98 (Energy) – 77.99 hryvnias, 95 (Energy) – 71.99 hryvnias, A-95 – 68.99 hryvnias, A-92 – 65.99 hryvnias, DP (Energy) – 85.99 hryvnias, DP – 81.99 hryvnias, gas – 45.99 hryvnias.

Thus, at the beginning of the week, the situation in the fuel market remains tense, and prices in most networks have either increased or remained at an elevated level.

By the way, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced negotiations with Middle Eastern countries on the supply of diesel fuel amid the risk of fuel shortages. Ukraine is offering security assistance in exchange for energy resources.

Recall that in Ukraine, on March 27, in the afternoon, gas stations recorded a sharp increase in fuel prices . The cost of diesel fuel exceeded 90 hryvnias, setting a new record.
