The fuel crisis in Russia has deepened sharply, with gasoline and diesel disappearing from gas stations in most regions of the country. According to updated data, fuel shortages have been recorded in 84% of the federal subjects, compared to 79.5% previously reported.

This was reported by analyst Stanimir Dobrev, who maintains a map of fuel failures in Russia.

According to the expert, the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Tyva, Udmurtia, and Kurgan Oblast have been added to the list of regions with a fuel shortage.

Russian media reports that in a number of cities, kilometer-long queues have formed at gas stations. Drivers are taking their seats several hours before opening. Some gas stations have introduced limits on fuel sales, while others have temporarily stopped operating due to supply disruptions.

Experts say the reason for the shortage is Ukrainian drone strikes on oil refineries, which disabled part of the production capacity. This led to a reduction in fuel volumes and an increase in the price of gasoline and diesel on the domestic market.

The most difficult situation, according to analysts, is observed in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, where supplies are intermittent.

The Russian authorities have not yet commented on the scale of the crisis, but experts warn that the deficit continues to grow and could paralyze transport logistics in many regions of the country.

It was previously reported that diluted gasoline has been detected at gas stations in Russia . This is causing car breakdowns and panic among drivers. The situation is directly related to the fuel shortage, which has only been worsening in recent weeks.

As a reminder, fuel shortages are increasing on the temporarily occupied peninsula. In Simferopol and other cities of Crimea, A95 gasoline has disappeared from gas stations , causing some gas stations to close.

At the same time, it recently became known that all brands of gasoline have disappeared from gas stations in temporarily occupied Crimea . By the way, in temporarily occupied Crimea , the number of gas stations selling gasoline has decreased by 50%.
