Gas station prices continue to rise: how much does fuel cost?

Fuel prices at Ukrainian gas stations continued to rise on Thursday, March 5. Diesel saw the biggest increase, while gasoline and autogas also increased.

This is evidenced by data from the Ministry of Finance portal.

Specifically, the average price of A-95 premium gasoline increased by 63 kopecks to 72.3 hryvnias per liter. Regular A-95 gasoline increased by 1.08 hryvnias to 68.28 hryvnias per liter.

At the same time, diesel fuel increased by UAH 1.55, averaging UAH 68.95 per liter. Autogas also increased in price, by 26 kopecks, to UAH 40.23 per liter.

Among gas station chains, the lowest average price for A-95 premium gasoline is recorded at Motto—66.98 UAH per liter, while KLO stations have the highest price at 74.89 UAH per liter. At Ukrnafta, premium gasoline sells for an average of 71.99 UAH per liter, while OKKO and WOG stations sell for 73.99 UAH per liter. At UPG, it costs approximately 70.90 UAH per liter.

As for A-95 gasoline, the Katral chain offers the lowest average price—61.99 UAH per liter. OKKO and WOG sell the most expensive A-95 gasoline, at 70.99 UAH per liter. At UPG, the average price is 67.9 UAH per liter.

The Ukrnafta chain sells A-95 gasoline for an average of UAH 68.99 per liter, while the discounter BRSM-Naft offers it for UAH 65.72 per liter. At SOCAR stations, the average price is UAH 69.99 per liter.

The lowest diesel fuel price on March 5 was recorded at the UGO chain – approximately UAH 62.9 per liter. The most expensive diesel fuel was offered by the KLO chain – an average of UAH 73.59 per liter.

Diesel is sold at UAH 68.99 per liter in the Ukrnafta network, UAH 66.99 at BRSM-Nafta gas stations, and UAH 70.99 per liter in the OKKO and WOG networks.
