On May 25 and the night of May 26, the Ukrainian Defense Forces launched a series of strikes on important military and logistical facilities of Russian troops in the occupied territories and deep inside the Russian Federation.

This is reported by the General Staff.

In particular, the enemy command post in the Ocheretyne area in the Donetsk region and the regiment’s control point in Verkhnia Krynytsia in Zaporizhia were hit. The occupiers’ drone control points in the Nesteryanka and Novogrodivka areas were also hit.

“Units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to systematically strike key elements of the enemy’s control and support,” the report says.

Separately, UAV and logistics warehouses in the Novopetrykivka and Donetsk areas were destroyed or damaged, as well as a railway fuel tanker in the Debaltseve area.

The shutdown of the Syzransky oil refinery in the Samara region of the Russian Federation, which has previously been hit, has also been confirmed. The Yaroslavl oil refinery was also damaged, with some of its equipment and tanks disabled.

In addition, the destruction of the Russian 1L125 “Niobium-SV” radar station in the Luhansk region was previously confirmed.

The Defense Forces emphasize that such actions are aimed at weakening the military capabilities of the Russian Federation and disrupting its logistics and management.

As reported, a fire broke out at a local oil refinery in the Russian city of Syzran, Samara Region, amid reports of a drone attack and the announcement of a “drone emergency” regime.
