General Staff on the situation at the front: 147 clashes took place in a day, the hottest in the Pokrov direction

During October 3, 147 combat clashes took place on the front. The Russian army launched one missile and 46 air strikes, used 38 missiles, 46 guided bombs, over 2,200 kamikaze drones, and carried out more than 3,200 shelling of Ukrainian military positions and settlements.

This is stated in the evening summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 10:00 p.m.

In the North Slobozhansk and Kursk directions, Ukrainian defenders repelled 7 attacks. The enemy launched 8 air strikes and carried out over a hundred shellings.

In the South Slobozhansk direction, 11 attacks were stopped near Vovchansk and Kamyanka.

In the Kupyansk direction, three assaults were recorded near Kupyansk and Radkivka.

In Lymanske – 10 attacks near Hrekivka, Torske and other settlements.

Four assaults were repelled in the Siversky direction , and another battle is ongoing. There were no combat operations in the Kramatorsk direction that day.

In the Torets direction, the invaders tried to break through the defenses near Shcherbinivka, Rusyn Yar, and Poltavka 10 times. Kostyantynivka was hit by an airstrike.

The hottest is in the Pokrovsky direction . Here, the invaders made 39 attempts to attack near a number of settlements. The defense forces destroyed 124 invaders (70 of them irreversibly), 16 drones, and several pieces of equipment.

In the Novopavlivske direction, 21 attacks were repelled in the areas of Zeleny Gay and Sosnivka.

In the Hulyaipil direction – 4 attacks, another battle is ongoing.

At Orikhivske, the enemy unsuccessfully tried to break through the defenses in the direction of Novoandreyevka.

In the Dnieper direction, the invaders carried out one unsuccessful attack.

In other areas, the situation remains unchanged.

“Soldiers of the 34th Separate Coastal Defense Brigade are steadfastly holding back the enemy,” the General Staff noted.

Earlier, analysts from the DeepState project reported that the Russian occupiers had achieved local successes on two sections of the front .
According to their information, Russian troops advanced in the area of Novoivanivka and Verbovye in the Polohivskyi district of the Zaporizhia region, as well as near Bila Hora and Shandryholovye in the Donetsk region.
