General Staff report: 194 clashes have occurred at the front since the beginning of the day

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine published operational information as of 10:00 p.m. on August 14 regarding the Russian invasion.

In total, 194 combat clashes have taken place since the beginning of this day. The aggressor carried out 52 air strikes using 159 guided bombs, used 7,023 kamikaze drones for strikes, and carried out 2,120 shelling of the positions of our troops and settlements.

In the North Slobozhansk and Kursk directions, three clashes have occurred since the beginning of the day, the enemy launched three air strikes using seven guided bombs and carried out 47 attacks on the positions of our troops and settlements in particular.

During the day, in the South Slobozhansk direction, the enemy stormed the positions of our units seven times in the area of Staritsa, Vovchansk and towards the settlements of Izbitske and Vilcha. Two clashes are still ongoing.

In the Kupyansk direction, there were nine enemy attacks towards Petro-Ivanivka and in the Golubivka area.

Four attempts by the invaders to advance were repelled in the Lyman direction towards the settlements of Drobysheve and Lyman.

In the Slavyansk direction, the Defense Forces stopped 15 attempts by the invaders to advance in the areas of the settlements of Riznykovka, Zakytne, Kryva Luka and towards Rai-Oleksandrivka, Ozerne, and Mykolaivka. Another clash is still ongoing.

The Russian invaders did not conduct offensive operations in the Kramatorsk direction.

In the Kostyantynivka direction, the Defense Forces repelled 27 enemy assaults in the areas of the settlements of Kostyantynivka, Ivanopillya, Illinivka, Toretske, Sofiivka and towards the settlements of Dovga Balka, Kucheriv Yar. Three clashes are ongoing.

Eighteen attacks were carried out by the enemy in the Pokrovsky direction. The occupiers tried to advance in the areas of the settlements of Dorozhne, Kotlyne, Udachne and towards the settlements of Svitle, Novy Donbas, Bilytske, Shevchenko, Vasylivka, Serhiivka. Two clashes are still ongoing.

According to preliminary estimates, 32 occupiers were eliminated here today, 9 were wounded; one vehicle, one electronic warfare device, one UAV control point, three ammunition depots, and 42 enemy personnel shelters were destroyed. One vehicle, three artillery systems, two UAV control points, and 101 enemy personnel shelters were damaged. 393 unmanned aerial vehicles of various types were destroyed or suppressed.

In the Oleksandrivka direction, the enemy launched four attacks towards the settlements of Piddubne, Myrne, Verbovye, and Kalynivske.

In the Hulyaipil direction, the Defense Forces repelled five enemy attacks towards the settlements of Rivne, Verkhnia Tersa, and Novoselivka. Two clashes are still ongoing.

In the Orikhiv direction, our defenders stopped one enemy attempt to advance towards Pavlovka.

The enemy did not conduct offensive operations in the Dnieper direction.

There were no significant changes in the situation in other areas.
