General Staff report: 201 clashes have occurred at the front since the beginning of the day

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine published operational information as of 10:00 p.m. on July 5 regarding the Russian invasion.
In total, 201 combat clashes have taken place since the beginning of this day. The enemy carried out 65 air strikes, dropped 182 guided bombs. In addition, it engaged 5,461 kamikaze drones for destruction and carried out 1,907 attacks on settlements and positions of our troops.
In the North Slobozhansk and Kursk directions, the enemy did not conduct assault operations since the beginning of the day, but carried out one air strike using one guided bomb and carried out 30 attacks on the positions of our troops and settlements.
During the day, in the South Slobozhansk direction, the enemy stormed the positions of our units nine times near Izbitsky, Starytsia, Vilcha, and Shevyakivka.
In the Kupyansk direction today, the enemy carried out one assault on the positions of the Defense Forces in the direction of the settlement of Novoplatonivka.
Six attempts by the invaders to advance were recorded in the Lyman direction in the areas of Hrekivka, Novoselivka, Stavkivka, and Dibrova. Three clashes are still ongoing.
In the Slavyansk direction, the Defense Forces successfully stopped 22 attempts by the invaders to advance near Zakitne, Riznykovka, and towards Rai-Oleksandrivka and Kryvaya Luka; two more clashes are ongoing.
In the Kostyantynivka direction, the Defense Forces repelled 12 enemy assaults near the settlements of Oleksandro-Shultyne, Pleshchiivka, Stepanivka, Ivanopillya, Kostyantynivka, and Illinivka.
A total of 22 attacks were carried out by the enemy in the Pokrovsky direction. The occupiers tried to advance in the areas of the settlements of Novopavlivka, Shevchenko, Kotlyne, Novopidhorodne, Kucheriv Yar, Vilne, Novy Donbas, Bilytske, Dorozhne, Hryshyne, Novooleksandrivka, Serhiivka and Udachne. Two clashes are ongoing.
According to preliminary estimates, 33 occupiers were eliminated here today and 19 were wounded; four units of automobiles, three units of special equipment and one enemy electronic warfare station were destroyed. Four artillery systems, two units of automobiles, one unit of special equipment and two enemy unmanned aerial vehicle control points were damaged. 234 unmanned aerial vehicles of various types were destroyed or suppressed.
Two attacks by the occupiers were repelled by our defenders in the Oleksandrivka direction in the areas of Oleksandrovgrad and Verbovye.
Thirteen attacks by the occupiers took place in the Hulyaipil direction in the areas of the settlements of Zaliznychne, Pryvilne, Novoselivka, Hirke, Rizdvyanka, and Kopany.
In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy once stormed the positions of our defenders near the settlement of Plavni.
No enemy assault actions have been recorded in the Prydniprovsk and Kramatorsk directions since the beginning of the day.
There were no significant changes in the situation in other areas.
