General Staff Summary: Defense Forces repelled 172 assaults by the Russian army

Over the past 24 hours, 172 combat clashes have occurred on the Russian-Ukrainian front. The Pokrovsky direction remains the hottest.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 08:00 on November 14.

Yesterday, the enemy carried out 42 airstrikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements, dropping 93 guided bombs. In addition, it carried out 4,714 attacks, 97 of which were from multiple rocket launchers, and used 6,059 kamikaze drones to destroy them.

Air strikes were carried out, in particular, on the areas of the settlements of Malomykhaylivka, Mayak, Kyrychkovo in the Dnipropetrovsk region; Kosivtsevo, Ternuvaty, Zatyshshya, Zaliznychne, Novodanylivka in the Zaporizhia region.

Over the past day, the Defense Forces’ aviation, missile troops, and artillery have struck four areas of concentration of personnel and equipment and one other important facility of the Russian invaders.

Four combat clashes took place in the North Slobozhansk and Kursk directions over the past day. The enemy carried out one air strike, dropped a total of four guided aerial bombs, and carried out 194 artillery attacks, including four from multiple launch rocket systems.

In the South Slobozhansk direction, 11 combat clashes took place in the areas of Vovchansk, Synelnykovye, Dvorichansky, and Krasny Pershy.

In the Kupyansk direction, 11 attacks by the invaders took place over the past day. Defense forces repelled enemy assault actions in the areas of Kupyansk, Novoosynovo, Petropavlivka, Pishchane, and Hlushkivka.

In the Lyman direction, the enemy attacked 13 times, trying to advance in the areas of the settlements of Novyi Mir, Hlushchenkove, Novomykhailivka, Druzhelyubivka, Hrekivka, Tverdokhlibovo, Stavky, and Lyman.

In the Slavyansk direction, over the past 24 hours, the enemy has launched nine attacks on the positions of our units in the areas of the settlements of Yampil, Serebryanka, Siversk, and Fedorivka.

The enemy did not conduct offensive operations in the Kramatorsk direction.

In the Kostyantynivka direction, the enemy carried out 16 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Pleshchiivka, Oleksandro-Shultyne, Shcherbynivka, Rusyn Yar, and Sofiivka.

In the Pokrovsk direction, our defenders stopped 51 offensive actions of the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Sukhetske, Shakhove, Bilytske, Razine, Rodynske, Dorozhne, Chervonyi Liman, Pokrovsk, Myrnograd, Lysivka, Zvirovo, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, Dachne, Filiya.

In the Oleksandrivka direction, the Defense Forces repelled 12 attacks on the positions of our troops near the settlements of Yalta, Orestopol, Yegorivka, Pershotravneve, and Rybne.

In the Hulyaipil direction, the enemy attacked the positions of the Defense Forces six times in the areas of the settlements of Vysoke, Zeleny Hay, Yablukove, Solodke, and Bilogirya.

In the Orikhiv direction, the aggressor carried out 12 attacks in the areas of Malaya Tokmachka, Stepovoye, Shcherbaky, Maly Shcherbaky, Prymorske, Stepnohirsk, and Plavni.

In the Dnieper direction, the enemy conducted one futile offensive operation in the direction of the Antoniv Bridge.

No signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected in the Volyn and Polissya directions.
