Geomagnetic activity is weakening: should we expect a deterioration in well-being?

On Sunday, August 3, geomagnetic activity on Earth decreased slightly after a recent solar flare. As of today, the magnetic storm corresponds to a yellow level with a K-index of 4.3.
This is evidenced by data from the Meteoagent service and the British Geological Survey.
The day before, after the arrival of a stream of charged particles from the Sun, geomagnetic activity reached the level of a G1 storm. However, its intensity is now gradually decreasing.
Experts explain that magnetic storms are caused by powerful solar flares and plasma emissions. When charged particles reach Earth, they interact with the planet’s magnetic field, causing geomagnetic disturbances that can last from a few hours to several days.
At the same time, experts emphasize that the forecast of solar activity may change, because new flares are possible on the Sun at any moment, which can affect the geomagnetic situation.
During geomagnetic disturbances, weather-sensitive people may complain of headaches, fatigue, drowsiness, fluctuations in blood pressure, and general malaise. On such days, doctors recommend getting more rest, maintaining adequate hydration, avoiding excessive physical exertion, and spending more time outdoors.
Although the current magnetic storm is of moderate intensity, scientists warn that powerful solar storms, which occur extremely rarely, can pose a serious threat to modern infrastructure. In particular, they are capable of disrupting satellite systems, GPS navigation, communications, and power grids.
