“Good signal”: Zelenskyy commented on the meeting with Trump

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and American leader Donald Trump discussed the supply of Patriot systems, sanctions, and deepening economic cooperation during a meeting on the sidelines of the NATO summit.
Zelenskyy said this during a conversation with journalists, Ukrinform reports .
“I had a good meeting with President Trump, the range of topics is as broad as possible. We discussed all the issues that are interesting, primarily related to the Patriot systems, how to protect our skies, and other steps related to the negotiation process, as well as the sanctions direction, our bilateral relations after the signing of the relevant agreement. That is, the spectrum is wide,” he explained.
According to him, the negotiations will continue at the government level, including the defense ministers, the state secretary and the head of the foreign ministry, the head of the presidential office, and American colleagues. The First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko and the US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessant will work on economic issues.
“It seems to me that the spirit of the conversation itself was productive. Therefore, this is a good signal,” Zelenskyy emphasized.
As a reminder, on June 25, a lengthy meeting took place in The Hague between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and US President Donald Trump.
