GUR conducted a successful operation near a military unit in Stavropol: there are dead paratroopers

The day before, on October 22, the Main Intelligence Directorate, with the support of the Caucasus Liberation Movement forces, conducted a successful operation in Stavropol, Russia.

This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense.

As a result of the actions of Ukrainian intelligence, at least three enemy paratroopers of the 247th Caucasian Cossack Regiment were eliminated.

In particular, the incident took place near the checkpoint of a military unit located in the center of Stavropol – on Serova Street.

The intelligence noted that the personnel of this unit took an active part in the invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, and had also been conducting combat operations since 2014. In addition, they committed “numerous war crimes” during the period of the full-scale war.

“There will be just retribution for every war crime committed against the Ukrainian people,” the GUR emphasized.

Earlier, Ukrainian military intelligence successfully carried out a special operation deep behind enemy lines , resulting in the elimination of three representatives of the “Rosguard”.
