GUR conducts landing operation in Pokrovsk: scouts entered areas that the Russians declared “captured”

Special forces and aviation of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine are conducting an airborne operation in the city of Pokrovsk, Donetsk region. Ukrainian attack aircraft have entered areas that the Russian military considered controlled.

According to the source, military intelligence units carried out a landing within Pokrovsk. It is noted that the attack aircraft entered areas that Russian generals had previously declared “captured.”

The operation is being carried out with the support of the Main Intelligence Directorate’s aviation. These areas are of strategic importance as they provide key logistical routes for the Ukrainian defense forces.

Details of the operation are not disclosed for security reasons.

It was previously reported that the Ukrainian Defense Forces launched a counteroffensive near the city of Pokrovsk in Donetsk region to regain control over key logistical routes.

As a reminder, the enemy continues to gradually penetrate Pokrovsk , increasing its presence with infantry units and increasing pressure on Ukrainian positions.

As reported, the enemy is trying to surround Pokrovsk and advance to the northwest and north of the urban agglomeration , actively using drones and artillery to control the logistics of Ukrainian troops and search for infiltration routes.

By the way, on the morning of October 29 , the Russian occupiers tried to demonstrate their presence in Pokrovsk by installing the tricolor on the entrance ceiling of the city . However, within an hour, the symbol of the occupiers was eliminated.
